2008 Registration for the Tackle Football and Cheerleading season is now open!

Monday May 12th @ McLoughlin Middle School 6:30-8:00PM

Saturday June 7th @ Jefferson Middle School 11:30-3:00PM

Saturday June 14th @ Discovery Middle School 11:30-3:00PM

All Registrations will take place in the commons area (lunch room)

Required Documents at Registration:

You must bring with you a COPY of the participants State Certified Birth Certificate (not issued from hospital), a 2x3 photograph, and a Current Sports Physical dated after January 1st, 2008.  The Participant must be present at registration for uniform fitting and initial weigh-in.  We will also require (2) copies of the completed 2007-2008 report card prior to equipment pick-up prior to start of season.

Registration Fee's:

The registration fee for the 2008 Tackle Football and Cheerleading season is 200.00. 

Tackle Football participants will keep their game jersey with their last name on the backside and mouth guard.  The registration fee includes the rental of helmet, shoulder pads and game pants. 

The registration fee for the 2008 Cheerleading participants will keep the uniform bag, poms, briefs and under shirt.  The registration fee includes the rental of uniform top and skirt, and the warm-up jacket and pants.  The fee also includes the annual SWWA Pop Warner Cheer Competition that takes place at the end of the season.  Practice package information will be available at registrations.

Discounts:

Vancouver Pop Warner offers a sibling discount- 3rd participant 50% of registration fee will be waived

Refunds:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@vancouverwarriors.org or mailed into PO Box 70177, Vancouver WA., 98665.  All written refund requests received on or before July 31st, 2008 will be granted a full refund (20.00 administrative/processing fee will be deducted from total).  All written refund requests received on or before August 7th will be granted 50% refund (20.00 administrative/processing fee will be deducted from total).  No refunds requests will be granted after August 7th.

Coaching Opportunities:

We are always looking for coaches for Football and Cheerleading.  If you are interested please contact us at (360)326-6722. You can download the required forms 2008 Background Screening / 2008 Coaching Application and attach a current copy of your drivers license.  Please bring them with you to any of our registration dates or mail them into PO Box 70177, 98665.  We will also have copies present at the registration dates.
