Attention all Warriors!
2012 Tackle and Cheer sign ups start in March
On Thursday March 1st from 6:30-8:30pm we will be at Hazel Dell Elementary School. Registration fee is $160
On Thursday March 15th from 6:30-8:30pm we will be at Hazel Dell Elementary School. Registration fee is $160
On Thursday April 19th from 6:30-8:30pm we will be Gaiser Middle School. Registration fee is $160
On Thursday May 17th we will be Gaiser Middle School. Registration fee is $160
On Thursday June 14th from 6:30-8:30pm we will be Gaiser Middle School. Registration fee is $160
On Thursday June 28th from 6:30-8:30pm we will be Gaiser Middle School. Reigstation fee is $160
Late Registration final Date. July 21st we will be at equipment pickup Warriors field fee is $200 (No payment plan will be available)
We also have open registration for 7th and 8th grade open division!
Your fee includes the rental of gear (pads, helmet, and game pants) plus your jersey.
You will need to provide the following at sign up:
A COPY of a state certified birth certificate
2012 registration form signed by both parent and player
2012 physical form filled out by a medical professional
2 copies of a Spring 2011-2012 report card
ALL DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BEFORE A CHILD CAN TAKE THE FIELD
